See-sawing temperatures for Adelaide

Thomas Hough, Wednesday November 14, 2018 - 12:40 AEDT

After a couple of very warm days in Adelaide at the end of the weekend it was back to much milder conditions on Tuesday.

The mercury climbed into the low-to-mid 30's in Adelaide on Sunday and Monday, another taste of what summer might hold. Temperatures on Tuesday however were much cooler, back down to around average for this time of year.

The next couple of days don't look to much better with temperatures expected to stay in the low 20's, a degree or two below average, good news for those of you who don't like the heat.

For those that are longing for warmer times, this coming Sunday and Monday could be for you. Although not expected to be quite as warm as the previous bout of heat, indications are the mercury could climb back into the low 30's over these two days.

If heat is your thing, donā??t get too excited as it doesn't look to stick around for long. A cool change should bring about significantly cooler temperatures by mid next week, possibly dropping into the high teens.

Which ever way you prefer it, hotter or colder, there will be plenty of sunshine around to enjoy the outdoors.
