Fire Weather Warning
for the West Coast, Eastern Eyre Peninsula, Lower Eyre Peninsula, Mid North,
Mount Lofty Ranges and Yorke Peninsula forecast districts.

Issued at 4:31 am CST on Saturday 20 April 2019.

Weather Situation
Hot and dry with strong and gusty northeast to northwest winds reaching 40-55
km/h over western and central areas. A milder west to southwest wind change
will move across the State during the afternoon and evening. Thunderstorms
possible in the west, behind the change, and extending eastwards late evening.
Areas of raised dust.

For the rest of Saturday 20 April:

Severe Fire Danger is forecast for the following forecast districts:
West Coast, Eastern Eyre Peninsula, Lower Eyre Peninsula, Mid North, Mount
Lofty Ranges and Yorke Peninsula

The Country Fire Service advises you to:
- Action your Bushfire Survival Plan now.
- Monitor the fire and weather situation through your local radio station,
www.cfs.sa.gov.au, and www.bom.gov.au.
- Call 000 (Triple Zero) in an emergency.

No further warnings will be issued for this event, but the situation will
continue to be monitored and further warnings issued if necessary.
