Dry and partly cloudy elsewhere, with increasing high cloud in the west during the day. Areas of morning fog in the east. Daytime temperatures a little above average. East to northeasterly winds in the northeast. Northeast to northwesterly winds elsewhere, with fresh northeasterly sea breezes along the southern half of the coast during the afternoon and early evening. Winds turning southerly in the west through the second half of the day.
