Isolated showers for remaining eastern districts, tending scattered between Townsville and Cooktown and widespread at times about the Cassowary Coast. Mostly sunny in northwestern Queensland, partly cloudy elsewhere. Patches of morning fog about the southern interior, possible morning fog between Sarina and Cooktown. Light to moderate southerly winds about western Queensland tending southeasterly elsewhere, winds fresh at times along the east coast north of Mackay. Maximum temperatures below average in western and southeast Queensland, above average between Rockhampton and Townsville, near average elsewhere. Minimum temperatures above average about eastern Queensland south of Ingham, below average the northwest, near average elsewhere.
