Partly cloudy in southeastern Queensland with very isolated showers. Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms elsewhere, showers tending widespread at times about the Central Coast. Thunderstorms possibly severe with heavy rainfall in the Channel Country and around the Central Coast. Light to moderate northeast to southeasterly winds, fresh at times about the Central Coast. Maximum temperatures above average about the Maranoa and Warrego District, below average in the far southwest, and near average elsewhere.
