Low cloud is lingering over VIC, NSW and TAS in strong westerly winds, causing isolated showers and snow flurries. Cloud is spreading across the tropics as moisture is drawn into a trough, delivering light rain. Patchy cloud crossing the southwest with a front is causing showers.
