Final Flood Warning For The Meander River

FLOODING NO LONGER EXPECTED ALONG THE MEANDER RIVER
River levels along the Meander River upstream of Westwood Bridge are below minor flood levels and easing. Further river rises are occurring around and downstream of Westwood Bridge, however no further flooding is expected.
Strong and dangerous flows will be a hazard over the next few days.

Meander River below Strathbridge:
Flooding no longer expected in the Meander River below Strathbridge.
The Meander River at Strathbridge peaked below the minor flood level (5.00 metres) Sunday morning and is currently at 4.54 metres and falling.

The Meander River at Westwood Bridge is currently 3.08 metres and rising, below the minor flood level (4.00 m).
The Meander River at Westwood Bridge is expected to remain below the minor flood level (4.00 m).
