A cold front and associated low pressure system passing through the east of the country is producing a broad band of deep cloud over easter parts of Queensland, coastal parts of New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. Behind the front, cool mid to low level cloud is moving through South Australia, western Victoria and western New South Wales. Broad areas of low to mid level cloud is pushing onshore over southwest Western Australia, due to an approaching cold front and pre frontal trough. A thin stream of upper cloud extends from the Kimberley district of Western Australia. The rest of the country is mostly cloud free.
