Isolated to scattered showers about the east coast from Ingham to Hervey Bay. Scattered showers and thunderstorms elsewhere, tending widespread in the southwest and southern interior. Severe thunderstorms with heavy rainfall possible in western and interior Queensland south of Longreach to Mount Isa and west of Goondiwindi, along with in southeast Queensland. Possible morning fog inland in the southeast. Light to moderate northeast to southeasterly winds, tending northwest to southwesterly in southwestern and southern interior Queensland. Light west to northwesterly winds over the northern Peninsula. Maximum temperatures well above average in southeastern Queensland and above average south of Georgetown and east of Longreach, below average in the far west and near average elsewhere.
