Mostly clear in eastern districts north of Ingham, isolated showers and thunderstorms elsewhere, less likely along the remaining east coast, and contracting to the central interior and northwest in the evening. Possible severe thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts, large hail, and heavy rainfall in the southeast, most likely inland. Light to moderate southwesterly winds in the southern interior and southwest of the state. Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds in the far north and turning northeasterly to northwesterly elsewhere. Severe heatwave conditions in the Peninsula District.
