Showers tending widespread at times about the North Tropical Coast and the South East Queensland coastal fringe. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Moderate east to southeasterly winds, fresh about the east coast and strong at times about the northeast tropical coast. Maximum temperatures above average about the southern interior, tending a little below average in the far southwest and near average elsewhere. Minimum temperatures above or well above average especially in the interior.
