Dry and mostly sunny in the northeast. Patchy morning fog along the northern ranges. Daytime temperatures above average, tending well above average in the south and below average in the far northwest. Winds mostly north to northeasterly inland. Winds northeasterly along northern parts of the coast, fresh at times and easterly about southern parts of the coast.
