Isolated severe thunderstorms about the eastern and central western areas during the afternoon and evening, with localised heavy falls possible. Dry and mostly sunny about the southern inland and the far west. Daytime temperatures generally above average, tending a little below average in the far west. East to northeasterly winds in the east, ahead of a fresh southerly change along the southern half of the coast through the day. Southeast to southwesterly winds in the west.
