Daytime temperatures above average in the south, tending below average in the north. East to northeasterly winds at first, becoming northeast to northwesterly across the south and west during the day, with freshening northeasterly sea breezes along the coast, and moderate to fresh northwesterly winds on the southern ranges and inland during the afternoon. A south to southwesterly wind change entering the far southwest later.
