Isolated showers and thunderstorms in the east, about southern and central western slopes and adjacent plains, and the far north, mainly during the afternoon and evening. Severe thunderstorms possible about central, southern ranges, and ACT. Patchy morning fog on the ranges. Daytime temperatures above average across the south and east, tending below average in the far northwest. Northeast to southeasterly winds along the coast. Light and variable winds elsewhere, becoming westerly on the southern slopes and inland plains during the day.
