Isolated morning showers and thunderstorms for the southern coast and inland. Daytime temperatures above average in the northeast quarter, tending below average elsewhere. Northeast to northwesterly winds in the northern and central areas at first, ahead of a cool southerly wind change sweeping across the state through the day, with fresh to strong gusty winds along the coast and in the south and west behind the change.
