Cloudy with scattered to widespread rain in a band stretching from the northwest, into the central and southern interior and southeast. The chance of a thunderstorm with locally heavy falls about southern South East Queensland. Partly cloudy elsewhere, with very isolated showers about the Far North Queensland coast. A moderate southerly wind change extending through far western Queensland, light to moderate north to northeasterly winds elsewhere.
