Victoria local weather

Mostly dry and partly cloudy in the morning with patchy fog. Isolated showers developing from the west, extending on and south of the divide by the evening. Possible afternoon thunderstorms about the South West and parts of the Wimmera, extending to the Central district by the evening. Mild to warm with moderate northwesterly winds, ahead of a cooler west to southwesterly change extending from the west during the afternoon and evening. Winds tending fresh at times over the ranges during the day, and near the coast later.
