Thunderstorm activity is producing areas of convective cloud over much of the north of Western Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland. An unstable airmass is passing over the southeast of the country in wake of a cold front, bringing scattered low to mid level cloud to South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. A high pressure system in the Great Australian Bight is pushing low level cloud into coastal districts in South Australia. The rest of the country is mostly cloud free.
