A dominant cold front has passed over the southeast of the country, with a band of cloud now stretching over the Tasman Sea. Cloud from a secondary cold front is passing over Bass Strait and into Tasmania and Victoria. Patchy low cloud trails these systems across southern South Australia and Western Australia. Further cold fronts are visible over the Southern Ocean to the far southwest. Some patchy high cloud can be seen over central parts of the country. The north of the country is mostly cloud free.
