A high pressure ridge in the Bight is pushing a moist onshore flow over much of southern Australia, excluding southwestern Western Australia, maintaining a swathe of low level cloud. Wispy high level cloud streaks across the interior of the country from central parts of the Northern Territory across to the southern Queensland coast. Southeasterly trade winds push moisture over the north tropical coast of Queensland, moving patchy low-level cloud over the area. The rest of the country remains mostly cloud free.
