A cold front is moving through the west coast of Western Australia, bringing a thick deck of low to mid level cloud with showers within. A trough extending from the New South Wales coast towards New Zealand is bringing patches of low to mid level cloud with embedded showers and thunderstorms. Onshore flow is pushing some low level cloud onto the western side of Tasmania. Some mid level cloud can be seen over the Cape York Peninsula. The rest of the country is mostly cloud free.
