Australia Weather

A trough through inland Queensland and New South Wales is being intensified by an upper low, and is drawing a broad area of high level cloud, rain and thunderstorms across the region. Another trough lingering along the coast is driving additional cloud and thunderstorm activity. A thick high level cloud band and trough passes through the Gascoyne region down to the Eucla coast in Western Australia, ahead of a cold front brushing the south of the State. The rest of the country is mostly cloud free.
