Thunderstorm activity is producing convective cloud across northern New South Wales and southern Queensland. Isolated convective cloud is present across northern Queensland and the Northern Territory. A low pressure trough in the centre of Western Australia is generating a thick line of storm clouds through the region. Further east, a line of storms extends across the border into western parts of South Australia. A ridge to the south of the continent is driving low level cloud across southern Western Australia. The remainder of the country is mostly cloud free.
