Isolated severe thunderstorms along the south coast and on the southern ranges, with localised heavy falls possible. The chance of thunderstorms elsewhere in the southeast quarter, central east, and in parts of the northern inland plains. Dry and partly cloudy in the North West Slopes and Plains, and the far west. Patchy morning fog on the northern ranges. Daytime temperatures generally above average, tending below average in the far west. Northeast to northwesterly winds across the eastern half, tending fresh northeasterly near the coast, turning south to southeasterly along the south coast and adjacent ranges through the day. South to southwesterly winds in the west.
