Australia Weather

Widespread low level cloud is present over southeastern parts of the country due to strong southwesterly flow over New South Wales, Tasmania and Victoria. A strong ridge over the southwest of the country is driving patchy low level cloud along southern coastlines and adjacent inland parts of Western Australia and South Australia. An upper disturbance through inland Northern Western Australia has developed an area of mid to high level cloud. The rest of the country is mostly cloud free.
